The company wanted a tool to automate manual inspection of broken, dented, and scratched car parts so that a lot of human & time effort could be reduced with greater accuracy and an unmatched speed of claim processing.

Our Solution

Our solution for an Automated Vehicle Damage Detection includes Azure Databricks, Azure Blob Storage, an ensemble of two different object detection methods, and enterprise cloud-based solutions to overcome the limitations of present insurance claim assessment systems.

We provide customized computer vision solutions as per the customer’s requirements by bringing data from the customer’s repository to Azure Blob through a secured method. We provided the best accuracy for computer vision tasks.

The data was pulled from the Azure Blob in Databricks. Computer Vision pre-processing was applied to it and then it was fed to an ensemble of Azure Custom Vision models and a custom-built YOLO-V3 model. Results are returned through an application built specifically for the customer.
