Our client, a subsidiary of a business conglomerate, is a prominent player in the digital transformation of the Indian retail landscape. Established in 2019, the retail giant aims to bring a seamless and comprehensive online shopping experience to consumers while simultaneously supporting local retailers and businesses.

Business Challenges

A specific e-commerce platform acted as the starting point for customer journeys, with those journeys concluding via collaborations with brand partners. ​

There were multiple platforms powering different elements of the platform (loyalty, campaigns, login, customer journey, customer service, etc.). ​

They wanted to create a Digital Hub, which will be a single repository for all dashboards. These dashboards will provide insights to the business and the product team with limited drill-down capabilities.​

The dashboards will measure key business metrics and the performance of applications.

Solutions

Celebal Tech created data pipelines from multiple data sources and stored them into the Delta Lake in raw format, which was then transformed for analysis and visualization purposes.​

The data sources were DWH, Adobe, Branch, Qualtrics, Capillary, InstaCC, Freshdesk, Full Story, and Golden Records. These sources represent clickstream data, app data, loyalty data, incoming or outgoing calls, transactional data, etc.​

This data, after being transformed into a proper format, was fed to Power BI for creating dashboards.​

Loyalty Dashboard, Offers and Brand Offers Dashboard, CEO Dashboard, Sales Dashboard, Traffic Analysis Dashboard, and Content Dashboards were just some of the many reports designed for the Digital Hub.​

For every dashboard, the KPIs and graphs were visualized according to the client’s requirements.
