Client wants to build an Rule engine for Calculating loyalty points based on their customer’s purchase behaviour in near real time wherein data has to be gather from multiple sources which includes Salesforce Objects, SAP, SQL DWH.
Our Solution:
The loyalty management solution helped the customer to allocate their customers loyalty points with Azure Eventhubs to get the real-time data ingestion from Multiple Sources into Azure Cloud. From EventHub the data points were consumed by Azure Databricks to perform real-time, in memory rule parsing mechanism based on its behavior. The transformed data was pushed to Postgres and sending customer alerts of their loyalty points which can be used in next purchase.
